1. INTRODUCTION: Welcome to our web portal (the “Portal”). This Portal is published by or on behalf of Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited (“PI” or “We” or “Us”).
By accessing the Portal you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms“). If you have any queries about the Portal or these Terms, you can contact Us by any of the means set out in paragraph 12 of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the Portal immediately.
2. GENERAL TERMS: This Portal is made available for your own, personal use. The Portal must not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever or for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. When you use the Portal you must comply with all applicable Indian laws and with any applicable international laws, including the local laws in your country of residence (together referred to as “Applicable Laws”)
You need to sign in before you start using benefits of this Portal. You are advised not to use this Service (defined in below) in a way other than intended personal use on your personal device, as communicated by Panasonic. In the event of misuse, misconduct or non-compliance Panasonic has right to suspend or stop services to you. You agree that when using the Portal you will comply with all Applicable Laws and these Terms. In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to:
- a) Use the Portal in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation) copyright infringement; or
- b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Portal; or
- c) Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any part of the Portal or re-format or frame any portion of the pages comprising the Portal, save to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
You agree to indemnify PI and its group companies in full and on demand from and against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which they suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the Portal otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or Applicable Laws.
3. CONTENT: The copyright in all material contained on, in, or available through the Portal including all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video messages, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code, software compilations and other material (“Material“) is owned by or licensed to PI or its group companies. All rights are reserved. You can view, print or download extracts of the Material for your own personal use but you cannot otherwise copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit, disseminate in any form whatsoever or use the Material without PI’s express permission.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Trade Marks“) contained on or in the Portal are owned by PI or its group companies or third party partners of PI. You cannot use, copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit or disseminate the Trade Marks without the prior written consent of PI or the relevant group company or the relevant third party partner of PI.

Certain services may display, include or make available content, data, information, applications or materials from third parties ("Third Party Materials") or provide links to certain third party web sites. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the PI is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Third Party Materials or web sites. PI, and its officers, affiliates and subsidiaries do not warrant or endorse and do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party Services, Third Party Materials or web sites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. Third Party Materials and links to other web sites are provided solely as a convenience to you.
5. CHARGES: You may be charged by your service provider for accessing the Portal. These may include data roaming charges if you do this outside your home territory. All these charges are solely your responsibility. We will not charge a separate fee for accessing the Portal, but you may be charged fees for using the services of the Portal (“Service Fees”). The Service Fees have already been informed to you and you hereby acknowledge the knowledge of the same.
6. ACCESS AND USE OF PERSONAL AND UPLOADED INFORMATION: Your personal information is processed under applicable Laws. PI shall use your personal information in accordance with the terms of our internal policies. By using the Portal you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept these Terms.
PI will do its best to ensure that transactions and information, as stored on the Portal remain secure and confidential. PI makes no warranty or representation of any kind in relation to the system and the network or their function or performance or for any loss or damage whenever and howsoever suffered or incurred by you or by any person resulting from or in connection with the use of the Portal.
The collection, verification, audit and maintenance of correct and updated information as required under the Portal, is a continuous process and PI reserves the right, at any time, to take steps necessary to ensure compliance with all relevant and applicable KYC requirements under the PI policy. You must ensure that the uploaded information, security details, and account information and all other information that you provide to us via the Portal or otherwise is complete, accurate and up to date. You shall indemnify us (and you shall keep us indemnified) and hold us and our directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any claim, loss, expense, liability or damages suffered by us resulting from your lapse in providing or uploading incomplete or inaccurate information in the Portal, and/or for any breach in your obligations set out in the Terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: The Portal and all copyright, database rights, Trademarks and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to us or our licensors.

DISCLAIMER / LIABILITY: YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PORTAL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PORTAL AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND PI HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PORTAL AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. PI DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE PORTAL, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN OR SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE PORTAL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE PORTAL WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY PI OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
9. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PI BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PORTAL, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF PI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PI's total liability to you for all damages hereunder (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) shall be nil. 10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION: We may terminate or suspend your use of the Portal with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. Upon any termination your right to use the Portal, and any other rights or permissions granted to you in these Terms will end and you must stop using the Portal and delete it from your Device.
11. OTHER TERMS:
- a) PI reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. If it does so, the updated version will be effective immediately, and the current Terms are available through a link in the Portal to this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms so that you are aware of any changes to them and you will be bound by the new policy upon your continued use of the Portal. No other variation to these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative on behalf of PI.
- b) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi.
- c) If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties (as reflected in the provision(s)) and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- d) PI’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by PI in writing.
